If you need to have your site updated and Elevology did not create your site, we can help in these cases as well. If you just want to add some new pictures or change some text, we can perform these duties for you. We always suggest buying a Maintenance Package from us so the responsibility of managing your website belongs to us, so you're free to perform other important functions of your business. If you would rather purchase time to update your site by the hour, we certainly understand and will perform the duties however you choose.

How Do Maintenance Packages work?
How Maintenance Packages work is that you purchase a set amount of time for your website maintenance for each month. When you're ready to request the updates to your website, simply launch a ticket in our support help desk and we will place your request in the queue to be completed by our staff. Clients with maintenance agreements in place retain a higher priority over clients that do not have maintenance agreements with Elevology. (Hosting and Maintenance packages are billed and quoted separately)
How long is the commitment for a Maintenance Package?
All maintenance packages require an annual commitment, which will be renewed automatically every 12 months unless otherwise notified by launching a ticket in the helpdesk.
How is billing handled for Maintenance Packages?
All maintenance packages are billed monthly, or annually. You will receive an invoice from our automatic billing system and your invoice will be paid with the payment method on file.
