Elevology and its clients are fortunate to have Terry Wilson on their team. He brings the same discipline and rigor he gained from his military experience to his work, to foster teamwork and ensure tasks are accomplished efficiently.
Terry is a seasoned IT professional with over eight years of experience. As an the Elevology Support Lead he manages IT services including software and hardware solutions, and managed client resolution through WHMCS support ticket module. The broad range of products he handles include: Office 365, Microsoft Exchange/Pop/IMAP email through Microsoft Outlook, ShareSync, Skype for Business, Exchange Backup and PC-Backup. As our resident server expert, Terry assists clients with server management needs, including vSphere, RDP and vCenter. He knows the ins and outs of Microsoft Windows servers and Linux servers.
If you place a support call or ticket, chances are you will talk to Terry! As our warm and friendly Help Desk Lead, Terry brings a wealth of administrative and supervisory expertise in IT management. In this capacity he has developed, maintained and distributed documentation for many of the IT Help Desk processes at Elevology. In his past career as a Mobile Device Support Specialist, Terry gained a keen appreciation for the challenges of working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. This experience has been invaluable in assisting Elevology clients to quickly identify and resolve issues.
